This warranty applies to:
structural defects caused during manufacturing
workmanship issues affecting the functionality of the product
damage clearly resulting from production faults
If such an issue is identified, our team will review the case and determine the appropriate solution.
Natural stone is a product of nature and therefore contains inherent variations.
The following characteristics are not considered defects:
natural veining differences
color variations
mineral formations
texture variations
small natural pits or fissures
These features are part of the natural beauty and uniqueness of marble and stone products.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
improper installation
misuse or improper handling
accidents or impact damage
chemical damage caused by acidic or harsh cleaning products
natural staining or surface wear over time
modifications made after delivery
Damage occurring after delivery due to improper care or installation is not covered under warranty.
All shipments are fully insured during transit.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

the packaging
the shipping crate
This allows us to process the shipping insurance claim and assist you as quickly as possible.
