DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between:

BUYER:
The individual or legal entity whose information is provided during the order process.

This Agreement governs the sale, production, and delivery of goods ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

All product details including type, dimensions, material, finish, and price are clearly stated on the product pages and order summary.

Taja Marble products are crafted from natural stone materials, including marble and similar stones. As such:

• Each product is unique
• Variations in color, veining, and texture are natural
• These characteristics are not considered defects

The BUYER acknowledges and accepts these natural variations.

All prices are displayed in the selected currency at the time of purchase.

Payment methods include:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Secure third-party payment providers

All transactions are processed via encrypted and secure systems.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Shipping costs may be included in the total price
• The BUYER is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and local charges applicable in their country

All products are made to order.

Before production begins:

• An order summary and/or design confirmation may be shared
• The BUYER may be required to approve final specifications

Once production has started:

• Changes may not be possible
• Cancellation may not be accepted

Estimated timelines:

• Production time: 2–4 weeks
• Shipping time: 3–7 business days (express delivery)

Delivery is made to the address provided by the BUYER.

Important notes:

• The BUYER must provide accurate contact and address details
• Delivery is made to the door; installation is not included
• The BUYER is responsible for receiving and handling the product upon delivery

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Taja Marble is not responsible for any customs-related charges or delays.

Upon receiving the product, the BUYER must:

• Inspect the package for visible damage
• Take photos/videos before opening if damage is suspected
• Report any damage immediately

Failure to report shipping damage in a timely manner may affect claims.

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product.

However, this right does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Products produced according to specific measurements
• Products where natural stone variations are the basis of the complaint

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is defective due to production error
• The product was damaged during shipping (proper documentation required)

Return process:

• Contact must be made prior to any return
• Visual evidence (photos/videos) is required
• Approval from SELLER is mandatory

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The SELLER guarantees that the product will be produced according to the approved specifications.

However, the SELLER is not responsible for:

• Natural stone variations
• Improper installation
• Damage caused after delivery
• Misuse or external impacts

The SELLER shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Transportation disruptions
• Customs delays
• Global supply chain issues

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts and enforcement offices located where the SELLER operates.

By placing an order through the website, the BUYER:

• Confirms that they have read and understood this Agreement
• Accepts all terms and conditions
• Agrees to be bound by this Agreement
